Offering a four series baking workshop, students are welcome to attend one or all.
Each workshop will focus on one baked good:

• March 6: Irish Soda Bread.

• April 10: Irish Scones

• May 1: Irish Trifle

• June 5: Irish Guinness Bread

Classes start March 6 – June 5, 2010
Times: First Saturday of each month 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Ages: Adults (16 and up)
Fees: $25 for ICC Members,* $30 for Non-Members per-workshop
For all 4 workshops: $90 for ICC Members*, $110 Non-Members
Instructor: Amanda Brawley (direct from Dublin, IRE)

Growing up in Dublin, Amanda learned to bake from her Grandmother and will be teaching us these old Irish recipes. After the demonstration (and a little story telling) then it will be your turn to bake and take home the final product!
