Class: Bodhran
Dates: Thursday, March 28th for 10 weeks
Times: Beginner- 7:00-8:00pm
Intermediate - 8:15-9:15pm
Fee: $175 for ICC Members*/ $200 for non-members
*dues must be paid up to date

We at the ICC are most fortunate to have Mance Grady on our faculty, teaching Bodhrán in both Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced classes.
Mance has been recognized by the National Endowment for the Arts as a Master Bodhrán Player and the "first" American endorsed by them to teach in the United States.
Mance has been performing professionally for 38 years with the best musicians in traditional Irish music. He was also featured in Traditional Irish Music Magazine on two separate occassions for his contributions as both a Bodhrán builder and performer.
If all that is not enough, he has been making the Bodhran for close to four decades thus being able to offer insight into not only the care and maintenance of the Bodhrán but teaching it with authority, reputation, and years of experience.
Who better to study this wonderful Irish Instrument with.....no one!

Adult Beginner

Ideal for absolute beginners and advanced beginners. Offering positive and insightful direction to get you on the right track, Mance’s keen insight and patient attitude with students of all ages will guide you in learning how to play this ancient instrument.

Adult Intermediate/Advanced
8:15-9:15 PM
Now that you are skilled with playing basic rhythms, it’s time to find new challenges toexpand your playing palette and develop your own ‘style’. We will explore playing more dynamically and creatively and looking deep into technique and fluidity.

Requirements: Bodhran and a notebook is recommended. Bodhrans are available to rent for $5/class. Please email Mance to discuss at info@mance.com.
