Boston GAA

 

With more than 45 teams registered in the Boston area, the ICCNE is home to the North East Division of the GAA. Saturdays and Sundays during the summer are busy here with up to ten games being played in one day. GAA in North America

 

The North American County Board (NACB) of the GAA promotes the sports of Hurling, Gaelic Football and Camogie. It is the governing body for those games for men and women, in all 50 states of the US. For more information about the NACB click here.

 

GAA in Ireland

 

The Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) was founded on November 1st 1884 by a group of spirited Irishmen who had the foresight to realize the importance of establishing a national organization to revive and nurture traditional, indigenous pastimes.
